When we need you:
We understand that availability may vary due to personal responsibilities, work commitments, or scheduled events. We fully respect and prioritize each team member’s time and obligations, including any external jobs that support their current needs and goals.
Our goal is to create an environment where everyone is supported in building their future and funding their creative pursuits.
With this in mind, we only require one scheduled check-in per week, consisting of a 30–60 minute call.
These meetings will be used for:
- Team updates
- Project progress check-ins
- Planning upcoming tasks and deadlines
